This club offers two regulation eighteen hole courses and one regulation nine hole course. Water is a major factor on all three courses. The Blue Spruce Course features wide open fairways. Water hazards (a lake and twelve ponds) come into play on eleven holes. Hole #5, a 574-yard, par 5, features a narrow, tree-lined fairway that requires a tee shot through a chute of trees. Hole #4, a 404-yard, par 4, requires an approach shot to a green that sits back in the middle of a small forest. The White Birch Course forces everyone to contend with its many hazards, especially the signature hole #9, a 396-yard, par 4. This hole requires a 189 yard shot over a pond to the green. Approximately 3,000 balls are recovered each month from this pond. The Red Pine Course, built in 1972, is the oldest of the three. There is a large lake that comes into play on two holes. Holes #1, #2, and #3 are almost completely tree lined. The club personnel state that these courses are by far superior to the other public courses in the area.
