586 Big Canoe Marblehill, GA 30148

This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The original course was especially designed with seniors in mind. This is a very scenic resort on the Appalachian Trail. The Cherokee Course, designed by Rocky Roquemore, is the newest nine built in 1992. It is described by the course professional as a “target” course. The Choctaw Course, with the Creek Course, comprise the original eighteen holes built back in 1972. These courses play fair because there are no blind shots and all the trouble is visible. These two courses favor straight tee shots. The rough is playable, but any ball hit beyond the rough into the trees will probably not be found.
