This scenic course is well designed. The signature hole is #6, a 420-yard, par 4, which features a beautiful lake alongside its borders. The greens are small and undulating. “Golf Digest” rated this course 34th best under the category of “America’s Top 75 Affordable Courses” in their 1996 list of “America’s Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play.” It was also rated 69th among the “Top 75 Public Courses” for 1990.
