This is a shotmaker’s course that includes tree-lined fairways defined by a multiple cut of rough. The terrain is rolling, but there are no blind shots to worry about. The large greens are fairly undulating, fast and a couple are double-tiered. With wetlands present on the course, there is an abundance of wildlife and an assortment of fowl that frequent the course’s grounds. Locals consider this course one of the best within a fifty-mile radius. A state-of-the-art irrigation system enables the grass to remain at its peak during the warmest summer months. Plans are currently underway for this course to convert from a public facility to a private facility.
