This course is narrow and very challenging. The greens are full of breaks, making them hard to read. The fairways contain several bunkers, and there are ponds and streams all over the course. “Golf Digest” rated this course 53rd under the category of “America’s Top 75 Affordable Courses” in their 1996 list of “America’s Best Golf Courses Everyone Can Play.” The same publication named it 73rd among the “Top 75 Public Courses” for 1990. There is a twilight discount rate available, which begins at 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday.
