3700 Centerville Rd Williamsburg, VA 23188

This course, built on the land where an old saw mill once stood, plays through a hardwood forest. The extraordinarily scenic design features wetlands and ravines in play on several holes on the back nine. “Golf Digest” rated this course as the 10th “Best Public Course” in the state for 1996. The wide fairways are open, and the large greens are fast. Water hazards (wetlands and ponds) come into play on seven holes. The most scenic and difficult hole is #16, a 202-yard, par 3, featuring a lengthy drop in elevation from tee to green, and requiring a tee shot over the wetland to a large green.
