This club has three nine hole courses that can be played in three eighteen hole combinations. The East Course is narrow and lined with scrub oak trees. The South Course is wide open and does not have any trees. It was originally a farm field. The North Course is the longest and toughest to play. There are two lakes on each side of each course that come into play. The green fees are a flat rate for nine, eighteen or twenty-seven holes of golf. Ocala is gorgeous horse country, second only to Kentucky for breeding. The town is the half-way point between Jacksonville and Orlando.
