The facility has three nine hole courses played in three eighteen hole combinations, with the pairings frequently changing. The relatively tight layout features 1,500 newly-planted evergreen trees. There are four challenging par 3’s, and two holes feature elevated tees. Water, in the form of ponds and a creek, come into play on six holes. The greens are relatively flat, however, several are sloped from front to back.
