This course has five blind water hazards in the design and two signature holes. The first is hole #4, a 179-yard, par 3, which requires a tee shot over a creek to the green. The second is #8, a 128-yard, par 3, which calls for a tee shot from the bottom of a mountain up to the green. The club personnel say if you don’t reach the green in one shot the chances are you will get a bogie. This club hosts the annual Sioux Valley Amateur Tournament.
