501 E Camino Real Boca Raton, FL 33432

This resort, which was named by “GOLF Magazine” to its 1998 list of “Silver Medal Resorts,” has two regulation eighteen hole courses. The fairways on both courses are somewhat narrow and well bunkered. The Resort Course was redesigned by Robert Trent Jones in 1956, by Joe Lee in 1988, and by Gene Bates in 1997. Bates transformed the relatively flat, boring and unchallenging layout into an undulating, exciting, and target-oriented new layout. The course is dedicated to the famed “Silver Scott” Tommy Armour and the great “Slammin’ Sammy ” Snead. Both served as golf professionals at the Boca Raton Resort and Club from 1926 to 1955, and 1956 to 1969, respectively. The Country Club Course has a significant amount of water throughout its design, making it the more challenging of the two. This course is located just minutes from the Resort. Originally designed by Joe Lee, this course was also renovated in 1987. “GOLF Magazine” selected this resort to its list of “Silver Medal Resorts” in 1998. You must be a club member or a guest of the resort in order to play these courses. The Dave Pelz Short Game School is located on the country club premises, for information call (561) 447-3223. The Nicklaus/Flick Game Improvement Instructional programs school is located on the resort premises, for information call (561) 447-3234.
