This facility has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The name Okeeheelee means “quiet waters” in the unwritten language of the Seminole Indians, and this name is uniquely suited for this 1,000-acre regional park. Each hole has five tees to play from, so every skill level will feel comfortable playing here. All three courses are similar in design. The terrain is fairly flat, the fairways are basically wide open, and the tees are slightly elevated. There are a total of forty-three ponds coming into play on all the courses. The tiered greens are average in size and speed.
