This course is located in a scenic setting near the ocean, with many live oaks lining the fairways. The most difficult hole is #10, a 434-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot off an elevated tee to a narrow fairway. The course was once ranked as one of the top 25 courses in South Carolina by “Golf Illustrated” magazine. Wildlife is abundant, including more than one extremely dangerous alligator.
