This course was cut out of an apple orchard. Other trees, such as pine, oak, and maple can also alter your shots. However, the fairways are typically wide open, and the terrain is rolling. There are sand bunkers throughout the entire course, but no water hazards. This club only allows guests to play the course when accompanied by a member. This club hosts the Monroe Invitational Tournament every June. This is an amateur tournament for college students from all over the country. The only discounts available pertain to members. They are issued four half price passes every year for their guests. The ladies’ receive two free passes to be used only on the weekdays from March through October. If there is no snow on the ground, this course may remain open through December.
