This course has the Loch Raven Reservoir coming into play on four holes, so be ready to view plenty of wildlife. “Golf Digest” rated this course as the 9th “Best Public Course” in the state for 1996. Due to chronic slow play, the course instituted a new policy in the spring of 1997. It renamed the tees and moved the men’s tees up. The men’s tees are now where the ladies’ tees used to be, at least on most holes. If you want to play from the back tees, you pay extra, but there is no discount if you want to play the forward tees.
