This course is very demanding because of all the water hazards that come into play from the Segregansett River. The greens are medium-sized and undulating. All outside players must have their club professional call in advance for tee times. This club has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 clubs established in the U.S. It was also recognized by “GOLF Magazine” in 1995 as one of the “First 100 Clubs in America.” Geoffrey Cornish and William G. Robinson designed the back nine, which opened in 1976.
