This scenic course is located near the Mississippi River in between mountains that are covered in trees. Young trees also surround the layout. The front nine holes have two water hazards, while the back nine has seven. Some of the fairways are dogleg configurations and most greens have undulation. The signature hole is #14, a 165-yard, par 3, which calls for a tee shot over water onto the green with no safe area to lay-up. The 5,884-yard men’s tee also has a ladies’ course rating of 72.9 and a slope of 122.
