This delightful nine-hole semi-private course is nestled in the serene rolling hills of North Carolina. The course has two distinctive looks. The first four holes are considerably more open than the last five, which were carved through a wooded area. The rural ambiance is enhanced by horses and riding paths. The greens are medium in size and undulating. The fairways are rolling and fairly tight on the second half of the nine holes. A stream, creek and two large ponds come into play on five holes. The signature hole is #2, a 128-yard, par 3, which requires a carry over a pond from the back tee box. A sparkling creek runs by the green, which overlooks a beautiful, old country church.
