This course was built on a landfill and it sits high on a hill offering a very scenic view of Chicago. However, there are no water hazards. Locals state the course is extremely well manicured and a lot of fun to play. A new clubhouse opened in the fall of 1997. The 2,550-yard men’s tee also has a ladies’ course rating of 34.3 and slope of 111. The 2,100-yard ladies’ tee also has a men’s course rating of 30.8 and slope of 98.
