This tree-lined course was built on rolling terrain and has a classic design. The fairways are very narrow, and the greens are small and fast. Water hazards come into play on a number of holes. “Golf Digest” rated this as the 4th “Best in State” course for 1995-96, and 5th best for 1997-98. “GOLFWEEK” ranked it 28th among “America’s 100 Best Modern Courses” for 1997, 24th for 1998 and 18th for 1999.
