The fairways afford generous landing areas, but if you find yourself in the rough, be prepared for some trouble. The greens are medium to large in size and vary in undulation. Water hazards (lakes, creeks, and streams) come into play on eleven holes. The signature hole is #13, a 196-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to an island green. The club previously hosted the GTE Senior Classic. The 6,126-yard men’s tee also has a ladies’ course rating of 76.5 and slope 138.
