The greens are framed by trees. There is one pond that comes into play on one hole. The fairways vary between hilly and flat. Although the course has some tree-lined fairways, some holes are open. “Golf Digest” rated this as the 10th “Best in State” course for 1995-96, and the 8th best for 1997-98. The ladies’ par is actually 75.
