Leaving a Review in the iPhone / iPad iTunes Store
1.) Open our App in the iTune Store: Open App in iTunes.
2.) Tap the Reviews tab and tap Write a Review. 
3.) If you’re not signed in, tap Use Existing Apple ID. If you don’t have an Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID. 
4.) Select a star rating, enter a title, write your review, and tap Send.
Leaving a Review in the Android Play Store
1.) Open our App in the Google Play Store: Open App in Google Play.
2.) Under the screen shots and Plus +1 option, tap Rate & Review.
3.) Specify the number of stars you want to give to the app.
4.) Write the review and press OK.
5.) All Done!
